This revolutionary model is built on a community-driven platform in collaboration with financial services industry thought-leaders. The Dome uses its own and partner technologies such as Dispersive Networks and their Secure Access at the Service Edge (SASE).

AARON SPRADLIN, Chairman and Chief Visionary Officer
Aaron Spradlin is an experienced Chief Technology Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and financial services industry. Spradlin is co-founder and CVO of cleverDome, Inc. an Arizona Benefit Corporation (B Corporation) that operates as a Co-Op with members including software service vendors, custodians, broker/dealers, registered investment advisers, financial advisers and ultimately their investor clients. He is also responsible for the technological direction of United Planners, an independent broker/dealer based in Phoenix.
BRIDGET GAUGHAN, Co-Founder and Board Advisor
Co-founder Bridget Gaughan is cleverDome’s Chief Risk Officer. She brings extensive experience managing and directing legal, compliance, regulatory and risk management functions. She has served in similar positions with The Householder Group and AIG Advisor Group. She was also a shareholder in a legal practice specializing in business and securities litigation, regulatory matters for broker/dealers and due diligence for acquisition of broker/dealers. Gaughan earned her Juris Doctorate degree (JD) from the University of Houston.
MIKE HALLETT, CEO
Mike is an established leader in driving growth acceleration and establishing global brand and presence, and has led several companies to rapid expansion and eventual acquisition. In addition he has significant global board and advisory experience. His C level and senior management experience includes Honeywell, Oracle, Siebel, Kintana, and CollabNet, and most recently he co founded a company within the Tata Communications Innovation investment business.
RYAN GREGG, Executive, Business Development and Channels Strategy
Ryan is a strategy and growth focused executive with more than 20 years of experience in business development, strategy, and negotiations in technology, including, wireless, telecom, software, hardware, and professional services. He has spent the last 14 years growing revenue through the development of partners and channel networks in the Legal Technology and Services Industry. He has a depth of experience working with National and Global Law Firms, Corporate General Counsel, Federal and Local Government Agencies, Advisory Firms, Regulatory Agencies and Litigation Technology Companies in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Mr. Gregg earned his MBA in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
ARTHUR BIERER, CTO
Arthur is a seasoned technical executive with experience as a Start-Up Founder, Engineering Leader, Software Engineer, and Product Manager. As one of the first few members of the Internet Explorer 1.0 team, Arthur helped assemble the early Internet browser at Microsoft, and later designed the networking stack for the C# language. He has over 20 years of experience at Microsoft and later startups in gaming, networking, AdTech, CRM, security, privacy, and API design. He later went on to build teams and technology as CTO. He also serves as a startup technical advisor/mentor with VentureOut, German Accelerator, and individual boards.
